This 5-minute quiz will help you create a healthy routine that’s right for you.

Create a healthy routine with this 5-minute quiz.

There are 3 things that everyone wants: happiness, health, and wealth.

And we are all capable of achieving them.

But most of the time we don’t.

Largely because we don’t know much about ourselves.

Gretchen Rubin knew that and created the 4 tendencies quiz.

This short quiz will help you find out more about yourself.

Which in turn will help you:

  • Make better decisions.
  • Keep your own promises.
  • Create a better life for you.

And all this will help you create a healthy routine that works.

The test will show your tendency to respond to expectations.

Knowing your tendencies will change your life. You will know how to plan situations to be more likely to succeed. And you will understand how to modify your environment effectively.

Here are the four tendencies you’ll see in this test:

Upholders:

They can establish a routine and stick to it. They like to meet their expectations and those of others. They can be seen as rigid.

Thought Pattern: “Discipline is my freedom”

Questioners:

They ask questions about everything. And they only act when the answers make sense to them. They are known to doubt everything.

Thought Pattern: “I will comply if you convince me why”

Obligers:

They are disciplined with others. They have no problem meeting the expectations of others, but they cannot meet their own.

Thought pattern: “You can count on me, and I’m counting on you to count on me”

Rebels:

They have a hard time following the rules. If someone asks them to do something, they won’t do it. Even if they know what is good for them.

Thought Pattern: “You can’t make me, and neither can I”

After the 5-minute quiz, you will know how to create a routine that works for you.

For example:

If you are a Questioner you need to know exactly what you are doing and why. You have to understand why a healthy routine is good for you. If not, you won’t be able to get started.

What is your tendency?
