It is better to wake up with light sounds so that your nervous system stays calm.
That way you will be able to wake up at 5 am each day without feeling tired.
No. 2 Stimulate your senses when you wake up
During sleep your body is recovering and relaxing, so it is common to wake up early and be still in that state.
Often what you are feeling is not fatigue, but the result of that relaxation during the night.

It’s okay that you want to get up early and take advantage of the time. But for some people, it is easier if they make a slower transition when they want to get up earlier.
For example, if you normally get up at 9, but want to start waking up earlier. Set your alarm for 8:30 and start adding 30 minutes each week.
In this way, you can reach your goal of getting up earlier, while giving your body time to adjust to the process.
There will come a time when you will notice the benefits of getting up earlier, and that will be your motivation.
To be consistent with your new habits you must recognize the benefits you get from them.
When you don’t see the benefits of an action, you may not repeat it.
