Hello my friend…
Have you ever felt like you wanted to feel better in your skin, but the advice you found seemed overwhelming?
That’s how I felt, too and why I created Her New Habits.
What you’ll find here
The goal of Her New Habits is simple: to show you that feeling better doesn’t need to be complicated. It should be practical and achievable, especially if you are just starting out.
Imagine being able to intentionally shape your daily habits, leading to a clearer mind, and a stronger and more energetic you. That’s why I created this space.

How we’ll get there
I like to keep things organized so you can find exactly what you need, depending on how you’re feeling today:
- Mindset & Inner Work: Simple ways to quiet your thoughts, including the journal prompts and psychological “why’s” that helped me move past anxiety.
- Daily Rhythms: Small habits and routines that fit into a busy day. Nothing fancy, just things that help your day flow a little better.
- Food & Movement: Honest lessons on nutrition and simple ways to stay active so you can feel strong and vibrant for years to come.
“Building habits is like planting seeds.
You start with one, water it consistently,
and eventually, it grows”.
Notes from my journey
I didn’t always have these rhythms in place. In fact, I had to learn them the hard way.
I’m Nury and I spent years feeling like an outsider in my own body. My path to a calm mind and body wasn’t overnight; it was a series of small shifts.
- The Mind: I used my background in Psychology and a daily journaling habit to move past anxiety and understand my own “why.”
- The Body: Faced with family health challenges, I traded a diet of Oreos and ice cream for nourishing food and simple movement that works for me and actually lasts.
Today, in my 30s, I’ve found that the most effective routines are the ones that fit into a simple and real life.
