To help me achieve my goals, I’ve incorporated several healthy habits into my daily routine. I’m an early riser, enjoying the peace of the morning as I exercise, read, and nourish my body with wholesome foods. Long walks in nature are also a daily staple, providing both physical and mental benefits.

Physical health:

- I focus on eating whole foods and successfully quit sugar.

- I meditate every day for 5 to 20 minutes.
Creativity/hobbies:
- I enjoy reading and aim to finish four books per month.
- I write daily on my blog or journal.
